Smasher's Instant Spectrum Shower EX and Spectrum Shower EX

Instant Spectrum Shower EX and Normal Spectrum Shower EX shouldn't share the same cooldown.

When you cast Instant Spectrum Shower EX first, yes, you can almost immediately cast a normal Spectrum Shower EX, nothing wrong here.
HOWEVER, if you cast normal Spectrum Shower EX first, your instant Spectrum Shower EX (after Void Blast) will be on cooldown.

100% bug. Please fix.

Also, is it intended for instant Spectrum Shower EX to not take Blood Moon Jade into account? Would love using 2 Blood Moon Jade version of Spectrum Shower.

Skill jades don't affect instant skills, it is written on the skill Jade.

But goddess helm, shoe, plate affect instant skills
