Problems with Ladder queue

2nd Step : wait for 1:1 rank open on schedule click "request mactching". wait for the Match start

hello guys, I hope you can help me

im having problems with queue in ladder, im well aware that ladder opens at certain hours (GMT +8) but even at that time I cant still queue properly. when I get in to the colosseum to the 1:1 Rank option, i see that the button 1 vs 1 is not enable, im sure the ladder is open at that time because there a big list of people battling each others. this happens to all my characters at every single day.
