i have problem me and my friend entered Dimension rift then suddenly it freeze and we try to close the game and re log in but we cant it always says "Duplicate log in Try again Shortly". when my other friend try to check of our character is still in Rift and it is positive its inside the dungeon. the characters stuck in side. it happens around 11:50pm-12:00am and until now the character is still in rift. please help us
