Stuck on the Main Quest line Penitent

I can't turn in my quest. It just keep going back. I need help anyone.

I don't want to skip it because the rewards are needed. Is this DN bug or I'm just unlucky.

yeah, mine too bugged. i think myself who get this bug. literally this from the game itself. im gonna report it to CS

Got the same bug as well, already sent a ticket. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
