First of all, I have submitted a ticket, commented on FB, PM'd GM's, commented on the forum sticky, submitted follow up tickets per the instructions on my ticket response.

All of this and still nothing. I have been flagged as a bot for 2 weeks now. And the Korean holiday is no longer an excuse for not getting any sort of help.

It's coming into the 3rd drop rate weekend I won't be able to farm. And this is honestly just sad from a company that has so few players to give attention to.

I get the same, or similar, copy pasted message from every follow-up ticket I send.

Can't farm any new event point and cant pick up any reward
What is the problem of clearing a stage too fast ?
Clearing a stage fast also get flagged as a bot, what are the point of enhancing and upgrading our arsenal and other stuff...!
Stop giving your player the reason why we got flagged as bot!
We need the solution not the reason from you guys!
