Hi Good Day,
I'm experiencing the same thing too. I can't deal damage in any dungeons (basic or skill attacks) but they can damage me. Also I cant loot dropped items. My IGN is 0zhigvhin0. Please help. Thanks.

i read about similar problems here i did not use any 3rd party apps to the game March 29, 2019 my guild-mates and i are doing a lvl grind in DTMI we have a party member who is a flurry an we got a party leader that is a lvl 21 at the time we are doing lab 5 DTMI in less than a min to be exact 46 secs is the shortest run so far, We did not use any apps now all of us now can't do damage in dungeon's normal attack even skill , I cant even loot item's this is my 1st character here i stared playing this month only please check your system we did not use anything i will very much appreciate if it will be fixed
