Cannot Skip Main Quest on My Silver Hunter Character!!??

Hi,
I'm currently facing issue that I cannot skip the main quest like usually do. Please help to solve this matter, I am stuck at lvl 40 quest.
Added a screenshot for sample, and in addition my IGN is xChanmi.
