This issue happened the same day I posted it.
3 Times, I fought this thing.
It happened 3 times out of 5 runs of slayer mode.
Event monsters are visible.
Re-launching the game makes it visible again.
Still, I'm sharing it coz it cost me blue and red resurrection scrolls.
