Can't seem to log into the game

Hello! Returning player here looking to come back into the game. I created an account using the main dn sea site and I verified it through the mail. I went into the game but I cannot enter because apparently, my username and password do not match (error 1001).The log in info I used are my registered email and password (like what is said in the faq in the other forum) but nothing I tried using the same log in details to log in to the site and I can successfully do it but in the game, I cannot I also tried doing this with 2 other emails (creating an account and all that jazz) but I just can't enter. Someone please help!

If you can log into the main website, you should have no trouble entering the game with the same username and password.

Please note that login username and password are case sensitive, so make sure your keyboard is fully functional (without a single key broken) and that capslock/numlock are disabled before you try again.

hello gues i have face the same proplem as u !!
u should follow thease steps in this website ( u have to transfer your account from cherrycredit if u want to play the game)
but first u have to crat account here https://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Account/SignUp !!
then please follow the steps in this website https://dn.cherrycredits.com/transfer (u have already completed some steps)
