Can't get in the game

I opened the Dragon Nest Launcher. Seems fine so I hit the "Play" button. But after the xigncode has loaded up, the game does not start but instead gave me this dialogue box:




Can anyone help me solve this?..

Thank you so much for your reply. Re-installing didn't work so I assumed that the problem was with my PC. I tried using system restore and the game worked again... ^u^
