Problem changing 2nd password

  • Problem changing 2nd password

    i tried changing my 2nd password on the website
    after pressing "Reset my 2nd Password" button a message pops up saying "Verification e-mail was sent to your e-mail. Please check your mailbox."
    which means i only have to look at my email but when i looked at my Hotmail i see no email regarding my changing of 2nd password
    then i tried changing my email on the website but the result is pretty much the same...
    i can't seem to get any emails even after trying to many times....

    then i tried making another account, this time it's Gmail then i tried doing what i just did above and then logged in my Gmail and saw an email regarding to both changing my 2nd password as well as change email...

    does that mean that i can't change my 2nd password unless i use a Gmail instead of a Hotmail?

    i also tried filing a ticket but there's an error saying i must contact the admin and that it seems like i'm not the only one experiencing this.

    what should i do to change my 2nd password? need help here.
