DN launcher wont start

Hi i encountered a problem, I was playing DNSea just fine until 2-3 days ago, the app just suddenly refuse to open. When i tried to open DNLauncher, nothing happens, i take a look in task manager and instantly after the launcher starts, it just closes. I tried running the dragon nest.exe directly but after the loading ends and just before the login menu, i got "Unable to reach login server" or something similiar. And its not because my connection, i can surf normally. Tried reinstalling and the problem remain, does anyone has any fix for this?

Windows 10 Enterprise 64-Bit (10,0 Build 16299)

RAM: 6GB

Processor: Intel Pentium CPG G630

Check your Windows Defender/Firewall or Antivirus. Make sure dnlauncher.exe is allowed and not blocked.
