Can't Connect To The Game

Hey! Is anyone having the same problem as me? When I tried to start DN it crashes after the movie scene, so I retried multiple times and when I finally made it to the login screen it said "Unable to connect to the server". Is there a maintenance going on that I didn't know about or is it just me?
