Game crashes after Launcher screen - After June 12, 2018 update

I am unable to start the game.
After the launcher finishes patching and after I click "Start Game", it does not work; the game immediately crashes.

The game works fine before the update.

I checked the logs, it ends with "Service Setup PreInitialize Start" and nothing follows. (screenshot attached)

Dxdiag system info also attached.

I'm using the latest build/update of Windows 10.

Please help, I want to play the game especially it's hot time event.................

I have also done the following:

>Compatibility mode to Windows 7
>Run as admin
>Enable folder permissions
>Disabled antivirus and firewall
>Re-download installer and re-install

None of the above worked.....

Can somebody in the ADMIN team PLEASE HELP ME???

The event is gonna end and I haven't played yet.

This particular solution seem to work on quite a number of players. It may be worth a try?

Do I have to do this everytime I run DN?

I'm not sure since I've never experienced such problem, but at the very least you know what to do if it does happen again.
