  • Not Responding on launch / Disconnecting in Game

    My client always stops responding right after I click START on the launcher.

    I have tried:
    • Setting the launcher, the DragonNest.exe, and also DNAutoUpdate to run as admin.
    Re-downloading, uninstalling Dragon Nest, and reinstalling.
    • Restarting my PC.
    • Adding Dragon Nest as an exception in my anti-virus and firewall.
    • Setting the compatibility mode to Windows 8, 7, and XP service pack 3.
    • Made sure that .NET Framework was installed.
    • Made sure that vcredist_x64 was installed.

    There were times where my client did go through where I got to login, and it got me in the game but a minute after it disconnects me from the server even when I was just running around.

    ISP: Globe Fibr [20 MBPS]

    PC SPECS:
    - Ryzen 5 1600
    - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB OC
    - 16 GB Ram
    - 1 TB HDD

    I don't think it's a problem with your PC. It might be the server. I got disconnected too while in the middle of a Daily Quest run and then I couldn't get pass the loading screen anymore.. the game just stops responding after I skip the movie scene. It happened earlier and it happened again.
