No background on login screen, Ghosts on character screen, and Crash after loading.

During the latest patch (September 4th), I ran into a few problems, namely "patching Failed". After downloading manual patches,and running the game, I ran into new problems. On login screen there is no background. After Logging in there are only ghosts on my character screen. After selecting a channel, my game crashes. Screenshots Attached. What to do?
