Unable to Load Patch Config List!!!

I don't know if this is only happened to me or some players experienced the same problem out there.
Around this evening I've tried to play DN, but I've experienced an issue when running DN application.
It was no problem last night when I'm trying to open DN, but not this evening.
It says "Unable to load patch config list.", "Launcher initialization failed .(E:5)"
I've tried to change to some internet providers but it's still the same.

I have the same problem too. I was playing last night, it was okay. Now it won't open anymore, says launcher initialization failed

try to switch off your internet router/modem wait for few secs, then switch it back on
