Changing eye color

Hello.
I am creating a new character and I am not able to change eye color. My friend is able to do it in her computer. Even though, I've tried setting the graphics higher, and it doesn't work.

During gameplay, I see the other players' characters with different eye color, except me. I used my friend's computer and I was able to create a new character and change its eye color.

Is there a workaround for this?

That's odd. I cannot think of a reason why only the eyes wouldn't render properly.
Is the client you are using brand new download? And if not, do you know if it's been modded in the past?
