Is there a way to change profile pic in Mobile Browser?

When I try to change my profile pic, I can't move the cropper tool, like why would I even need to crop the picture if I already cropped it on my own (Like 1:1 ratio pic), and now I have to switch to default picture just for that.

I went to 'Desktop View' in my mobile browser and still not able to move the cropper tool.

Is there any methods other than doing it in actual PC?

Any answers are appreciated, thanks in advance.
