Device cannot be reset

I was just playing DN Yesterday then this error happened. Does anyone encountered this kind of error? It's an intermittent error, sometimes it happens upon logging in, sometimes it happens when I'm in town. Can't even have a screenshot for it, it makes my PC freeze.

Edit:
I already tried to reinstall DN and still this happens.
