cant destroy/replace collection item heraldry skills plates

hi when i try to destroy or put in the inventory the game simply bugs and nothing happens when i relog... its still there pls help me get rid of it... ive also tryed buying same heraldry and trying to replace it but no avail also. cant put the screenshot but the plates are arrow barrage and slyph's aid
