Knight Mission Box 2 in my Main Character and not into my Grandmaster.

I cant progress my box. i used my Randgrid to get the box as the game said that it can be get by 1 account/character. i didnt know that the box cant be given back to my Grand Master. can someone help me please. i really want to open the box.
