Prohibited IP adress (1004) after many tries of ingame login

Hi, I decided to play Dragon Nest and when I logged in my account ingame but I couldn't so I decided to log it in on the website and it logged in fine there. I changed my password there and rerun the game but I still couldn't log it in and after many tries of logging it in I got the error of Prohibted IP address.


Update: The website also blocked me from logging in on the website. O.o
