dragon nest client not responding (cannot end task at task manager)

my dragon nest client sometimes does not respond
when i'm opting to end the process at the task manager
it doesn't kill the game or the process, it hangs

the only remedy i have right now is restarting my pc
and its inconvenient. does anyone have the same problem that i have?
