If you are having problems with XignCode, your computer might be running a program that prevents the game from running any further.
To know which program(s) needs to be closed, simply press the "Log" button and you will see xigncode.log
Go to your email, and send this file to support@wellbia.com by dragging xigncode.log into the mail.
Wait one minute and you will receive a reply, telling you which program has to be closed before running the game.
P.S. I'm aware that someone else might have posted an identical thread in the NA section, but eh.
