Sting Breezer's CM II Bug

This is new to me. It hangs up 1-2 seconds after I use Dent Blow EXi.
Pls FIX ASAP. It's too hard to play Sting Breezer when screen is always freezing. :<
I can't enjoy playing SB this pre-95 cap. :<

I am really heartbroken with this.

Laptop Spec:
Intel i3 4th Gen
Intel HD Graphics 4000
8gb RAM
60gb Free Space
