XIGNCODE error during patch

Been getting this error from time to time, especially at night
Sometimes I can log in though, so I doubt it's my computer setting's problem. my hard drive space isn't full either

but some things I've tried that didn't work are;
-turning off firewall/windows defender
-replacing xigncode file
-changing DNS
-following support@wellbia.com 's instructions which only made the problem worse

Is anyone having the same problem? Please help, thank you
