About transferring account from DN SEA to the new server

I just would like to ask for your help regarding on my account to be transferred. i have already sent a request to transfer my accounts but my email addresses are not working anymore do you have any alternative ways to fix this thing or change my email address or trace my account. so i could be able to used it in this new server

Ingame name : BabyQiuQiu ,MissQiuQiu

this both ingame names had separate accounts with a defect on my email address due to i have been inactive for so long. so im having a trouble on loging-in my email addresses.
