Can't log in - ID and password do no match. (1001)

Hello guys,

Needs some help please.

Tried contacting the customer service, but they are taking a while to respond.

And looking for other means for help.

I've transferred my account successfully before 07 Sept.

However whenever I try to log in encountering "ID and password do no match. (1001)"

I've even changed my previous password still can't log in.

Please help :<
