Tasha is the PM of SEA and has nothing to do with NA. The PM of NA has changed hands a few times, but each time has always been either Nest or Dean. Now they share the PM role depending on what needs to be done. Hope this clears things up.

Dean has stated that Selling Rune HC services and Buying is against TOS. Why don't you have an issues with that? Some players selling their golds to support them self in real life yet you have an issues.

That was an old project manager and more likely an old team, the Dean that is floating around now is different and Tasha is our PM now. Services have been around forever and if they had had a problem with it on KDN/CDN they would have put a stop to it long ago. The issue about them selling gold for irl money is that its exactly what ED is trying to combat with the bots and its more than likely the gold comes from BHT in some shape.
