Overall, sigpic is fixed and noone should ever have any problems if they follow these steps you put on first page ♥

But, so far I only know of the "URL" route working, while "upload from computer" doesn't work.
So people need to make sure to type in URL, and if you are trying to use gif or picture from a computer then you need to upload to tinypic (or w/e else) first.

If using Tinyurl as upload site, then from tinyurl take the "direct link for layouts" option and use that.

I've started to notice a pattern.

They only appear on the 'first post' of every page (if a person doesn't have one, it just chooses the next poster who does) afterwards, everyone just ends up as a sigpic.

For some reason whenever I edit a post my signature picture works correctly, tell me if you see some tacos.
