Immediately Disconnected from the World

So, I played this game months ago, had a few hours in, and then it just started disconnecting me from the world fairly frequently. It got to the point at which when I would try to log in to a world, it would immediately disconnect me from the world before I could do a single thing. I left for a while, and upon coming back, it does the same thing. Disconnected from the world as I load in. Anything I could possibly do to fix this? It's fairly annoying, since it prevents me from playing with my friends.

Edit: I made a new character, it loaded me in just fine. Perhaps it's just because of where I am in town? I'm in Carderock Pass or something like that for my main character that won't load in at all.
