Eye, Did you really mass ban ??

Tasha Why there still alot bots after EYE mass ban ? Can't do anything right now for those bots ? And how do you solved ROB( Rock Of Blessing ) 's issues? Some of these bots was get the ROB... Officially we cant get the ROB buff from those bots...
Beside that way(dungeon gold chest) for ROB, can you add/change otherway to get ROB?
We were hard to get ROB buff if PangYah didn't online...
