Sniper ELEMENT & OTHER Questions

In this picture you can see my Sniper. Currently i have +10 Theano weps and plan to upgrade and get lv 93 epic +10 armor. I just feel like i should be doing more damage than i am currently. The question i have now, is what can i do to make make my character better?
1. How can i increase my attack?
2. Should i stay with the dark conversion or choose a different element?
3. What should i do?

I cant afford Lgrade armors at this time, so i know that is out of the question.

If you are able to get Tech Accessories and have Siege Stance at rank 15.
Teching the Earring for ice/fire % and get Siege Stance +1 would bump it to rank 16.
I would think ice/fire would be a good choice because of the teching part.

Upgrading gems by enhancing is another option.
3rd stat Agility plates too.
Talisman upgrades if that is an option.


Not sure what title you have active, but i think ABN title would work until you can get a dejected/goddess title.
