As the title says. Should I invest in third stat AGI plates for my sniper???

for sure!
if u dont plan on going fd, agi plates are extremely cost efficient as for dmg gain. they are the 2nd best 3rd stats for snipers, right after fd.
3rd stat phys is also acceptable as well. with 3rd stat phys u will have higher pdmg in town than 3rd stat agi, however once u in field and use spiritual focus, 3rd stat agi will be better.
atm agi classes arent in meta (acros have relatively small player base, engis/machinas awaiting awakening), so agi items are generally pretty cheap compare to str/int items. also, 93 plates and 90 plates dont differ too much in stats, so even 90 3rd stat agi plates are acceptable while being a lot cheaper.
its a great time to invest into agi items, before tink awakening arrives and drive the price up.

I also have another question that you might be able to help me out with if you dont mind.
Currently I have +10 Theano weps. Iam thinking about switching to Evo Nightmare as I almost have all the shards needrd, and when they fix the enhancement transfer, I will later be able to transfer that +13 to Ultimate Theano. Would this be wise to switch to the EVO Nightmare now and wait for the transfer bug to get fixed, or should I just purchase the Ultimate Theano and enhance?

depends on if u want to try ur luck, but if u dont need the dmg/fd immediately i suggest waiting to save some potential gold. enhancing 93 gear is still very expensive, raw gold cost and garnet cost add up very quickly.
besides, eventually u will want to convert +13 90 epic to +13 90 unique for more profit, might as well do it now
