Gear and Crest setup for Raven

What's your recommended gear and crest setup for someone who's not using extra slots? Also what gems should I run?

1. Rake: +DMG, since you're able to triple cast this skill and if you get a Tech for it, the damage becomes even more absurd.
2. Raid of Death: -CD%, you'll get the most out of the CTC mechanic with this

Can you explain the triple cast?

Triple Edge both procs and resets the INS. The reason why it's able to work, is because the INS window is opened after you've used Triple Edge, and it's able to reset the cd the INS, if you've managed to cast the INS before Triple Edge's daggers hit the target = it requires some distance.

Gear really depends on the amount of funding you can get, I'd say +6-8 lvl 93 armors and work on getting coma unique weapons at +12
agi/hp gems on armor and dark gems on weapons and rings

Rake dmg, rain of death cd, chain punisher cd or dmg, dead fall dmg
