What are some good skill rotations to max damage in PVE that everyone uses?

Umbra

Raid (crit buff) --> Crow (HP damage buff) --> Fade (FD buff)

Deadfall --> Chain --> Iron --> Rain --> Rake --> Triple Blade --> Rake --> Rainx2 --> Rake (if third one applies) --> Mortal Blow x3

Always keep a lookout for Fade, it's your semi-permanent free FD buff
Preferably you want to use Umbra after fade, but considering Fade's short duration you want to dish out as much damage as possible, Umbra takes a few seconds out of that.
