What isn't MB just flat out worse?

Open Edge Ex is 1597% x 130% = 2076% on a 6s CD

Mortal Blow is 3115% on a 12s CD with 3 charges

Conveniently in 12s you can cast 2 Open Edges and only 1 Mortal Blow

Which is basically 4152% vs 3115% every 12s

Considering the amount of Dark element vs Fire you'll have the gap will grow even more, Open Edge is better if you spam it off CD and has little to no animation lock like MB does.

Dark element
Class mastery = 30%
Title = 5%
Spark rings x2 = 2% each
Dark dragon gems x4 = 8.1% each
Total = 71.4% dark

Fire element
Title = 5%
Spark rings x2 = 2% each
Total = 9%

With the damage of Open Edge also getting multiplied by 171.4%, it should easily out class MB

I'm not saying anything is wrong with your build, I'm just saying OE is better than MB
