Physician Skill Plates?

Any of you Physician mains know which skill crests to use now for 93 cap?

Toxic Spill (DMG) - mandatory. You can also use CD, but since the EXi doesn't share CD, you'll have trouble keeping contagion up if you run the CD plate.
Good Vibrations (CD) - mandatory. Lower CD heals!
Toxic Surge (DMG) - they said they nerfed it (made it not work with Contagion EX), but they didn't. It's OP. Should crest it!

Other options:
Injection (CD) - makes it so you can spam injection without cooldown. If you have Slime Shake up, you don't need this, but it's a useful crest all around!
Poison Pop (CD) - not a bad choice for DPS
