Haven't played in a while. What's new for Physician?

Hey guys. Just wondering if someone could give me a quick tl;dr rundown as to what changed with Physicians since the end of 60 cap.
I'm particularly curious about the playstyle changes since then. I heard that the main skills that Physicians use to support changed a lot, so yeaaah.
I did read through a good amount of the skill notes, but I couldn't really get heads or tails out of it anymore and it seems like a lot has been changed.

To sum it up, 0 cooldown injection, 2 poison break with separate cooldown but doesn't heal, contagen double the dmg of poison break, ult and poison pop.
