More beneficial to use regular MBD with a cooldown plate if you have a higher intellect stat, if you dont have as high intellect, it would be better to use MBD EX in your build. Since you wont be gaining as much from it

what's considered high int though, don't you generally need int gem in your accessories, weapons and armors?

55k intellect and higher i would say, but at the same time, in the future, we will be getting an intellect revamp. so it'll change a lot
