Build help for Glad

Should I be prioritizing crit? The only time I notice I do damage is when I crit
Ideal armor/weapon & acc? Wearing Theano armor and Gauntlet along with Nightmare sword, waiting to get a Nightmare Gauntlet. Acc are just brutal cauda for the most part, trash.

I have about 150k Phys and 30% chance to crit, so yeah.
Help on deciding what to do would be appreciated

Focus on as much str first. Once you start to feel like you have enough HP start going for crit.
