Dash Combo Triggers Randomly?

For some reason my dash combo seems to trigger by itself (without me clicking my left mouse button) at times. This is a problem when i am trying to dash to safety and all of a sudden my dash stops unintentionally. At first, I thought it was my mouse so I ended up buying a new one. However, the problem did not stop and it still happens to me in the most inconvenient times. Anyone else have this issue?

happens fairly often, the only way to play around it is to constantly spam it for line drive instant so its on cooldown
