Moonlight Splitter Awakening?

Hey guys, I was just wondering what people's opinions were on the Awakened version of Moonlight Splitter. It doesn't seem to have nearly as much as the original and it's much harder to aim. Am I using it incorrectly, or is it advised not to ger this skill>

PvE or PvP?

I dislike it in PvP simply because of its lack of utility. I find that it's too restrictive on how you can use MLS so I generally opt to not get it in PvP.

I get it in PvE as you need to aquire bubbles faster in PvE and MLS Awk gives bubbles, that alone makes it worth it in PvE.
