Current gladiator skill rotations after the changes to side dodge?

Just class changed to gladiator with the new year's cc coupon. What are the dmg rotations for glad in pve? I found some with old side dodge, but want to know if there are any changes now that side dodge is not as spammable.

Also how do you usually activate side dodge? just right click mid skills? or do you put side dodge on your hotkeys. And for dash kick, is there a shortcut to doing it? or do i have to set up a tumble then right click

i felt like side dodge is more like a escaping skill for some dangerous circumstances.....
you dont add it to your rotation, the common rotation is: courage+luring slice----- double frenzied charge followed by triple and forward thrust, feint to reset and again, use hyper charge then all over again
only adds coup when boss is under 60, i felt like the best time to use coup is when boss at 2.5 bars, coup starts doing more dmg than hyper drive, otherwise coup is wasting bubbles
