You should make a team, and then invite her. I think she wants to join a team bc she may not want to lead one anymore. Because that's pretty much how I feel now with my teams, i just want to join the teams instead of leading/making them haha.

That's the problem, were both already in this boat. We both have already been through the annoyance and stress of team leading and neither of us want to do it again.
