2. Windwalker
3. Guardian
4. Lunar Knight
5. Physician
6. Raven
7. Blade Dancer

There's a spot for either a Saint or a dps.
If you're dps, you need to be good enough to replace a double (very preferably iw or adept). If you're a saint, you need to be able to land your heals and not manage to suck.
Other than that you should at least be able to clear norm by now
