Why egg for compensation?

Why do we get a single stupid dragon egg with literally nothing good in it when we could have gotten an extra day for the 400% exp event instead? Wasn't even able to log on to level my tink when I needed to thanks to another bug screw-up. Just a suggestion!

Uh? The egg isnt for compensation it's for 3 day anniversary gift. I think you had your timing off on when exp ended
