They did post multiple reminders, both on the main site and forums. Just to be safe, use all your DNP before the next major update from now on.

Even better, hold on to the coupons and don't use them right away. I used most of the DNP I had for Marine weapons, but I held on to one coupon to see whether or not it would disappear. Checked after the update, and the coupon is still in the EC inventory. So unless they change that later on, one should be alright just saving up coupons until something comes up that they want.
