This is a better upgrade than upgrading to Wise w/ MDmg - upgrading 93 Epic to 95 Rare:
    Myst w/ Int: (1.6k Int, 5.8k MDmg) to (3.8k Int, 8.9k MDmg) = Gain (2.2k Int, 3.1K MDmg)
    Wise w/ MDmg: (5.3k Int, 1.8k MDmg) to (6.5k Int, 5.2k MDmg) = Gain (1.2k Int, 3.4k MDmg)

Because I've been asked about this quite a bit, here's the breakdown.

It took me around 230k-250k worth of mats to craft, and that's with decent luck.

    (1 x 15 + 12 x 5) = 75 essence @ 3k each = 225k
    (1 x 200 + 12 x 50) = 800 fragments @ 20g each = 16k
    (1 x 30 + 12 x 30) = 390 qgarnet @ 10g each = 3.9k
    (1 x 500 + 12 x 100) = 1.7k gold @ 1 each (lol) = 1.7k
    ---
    247k

On a Mystical talisman, you can get (PDmg, Str, Agi, Int, Vit, Crit, CDmg, HP, FD). The only useful ones on Myst are arguably FD > Int > CDmg. I got Int on the 5th 2nd stat (PDmg x2, CDmg, HP, Int) out of 12 Awakeners. Int is a 4.1% roll (avg 24-25 attempts to get) and FD is .02%. I got pretty lucky

Mat price will drop eventually, but lumi ess have remained fairly constant at ~2750-3250 since day after patch, and I have confidence it will stay this way for the near future. edit: dropped to 2500 after reset, I believe it will maintain or increase. Not in a rush to sell this, and will be using it on my IW till it does.

I dont get ur logic, no one pushed you to spent 240k to buy mats.

If I spend $500 to buy eggs and eventually got a Weapon Coupon should i sell it for $400?

That's a pretty terrible analogy, but for sake of argument and to make it more similar to talisman crafting. If

        a) the only thing you get from that $500 is the coupon, nothing else that generates value. It's possible you could get a lesser weapon coupon instead of (not in addition to) the one you got, but no one really wants those
        b) you actually got decent luck, and if someone wanted to try and go for the coupon themselves, it would take well over $500 on average

then, yes. You should sell it for $400 or how ever much you please.

I know I'm asking for a high price, but its only 30-50% over offers I've received. FD plates are getting b/o for 500k, and Unique 1000/70 int armor scroll are getting sold at 50k - gold is heavily inflated nowadays, and this is a different market than it once was.

since its the first of its kind you can probably get more than the regular price but I wouldn't push your luck and anger your buyers with MP prices with how much it takes to craft it. 95 talismans just came out who is to say tomorrow someone will craft the same thing or an FD one.

I agree with most of what you say - I dont intend to anger buyers though, just provide my rationale for seeking the price I am. Also, 4 or 5 people have asked me for a breakdown, so I thought I'd provide one in a more centralized location.
